Heads In Beds Gift Basket Auction 2024
We are hosting an online auction! All proceeds from this auction go back to getting the next guy out of jail or off of the street. This will give him the same opportunity to reinvent his life and break the cycle of incarceration and treatment centers. Since this same time last year, we have had an increase in our student population of over 25%. We have nearly 70 students enrolled! This is why we have created this auction. We are raising money to help us get “heads in beds.”
This is a silent auction. Our auction goes live on March 22 at 9 AM and will go on all weekend until 8 PM on Sunday, March 24.
We have 15 unique auction packages specifically curated for you. We have Food & Fun, Date Night, Food, Lifestyle, Adventure, Entertainment, and Health & Fitness packages. No matter your interests, we have a basket for you!
Everyone knows someone affected by addiction. Addiction is a rapidly growing problem. In November 2021, the CDC released a report showing that drug overdose deaths in the United States in a 12-month period had reached over 100,000 for the first time, a 29% increase over the previous year. According to the Utah Department of Health, an average of 475 people each year die from unintentional drug overdose. This is a problem. We have a solution to this problem. We are a multi-year life-skills academy that helps men who struggle with addiction, criminality, and homelessness to regain their lives. Our program is provided free of charge. We take no money from the state, the Federal government, or the taxpayer.
